This is surely my cheeriest note card! I grin every time I look at the sunflower's happy face. Everyone loves to get a card in the mail, and these days we can all use cheer from someone who wants us to know they care about us. Your loved ones will be thrilled to hear from you in such a thoughtful way, and they will have a cheery card to display—lots of people tell me they have even framed my cards!
The cards are blank on the inside, so they're good for any occasion. I recommend them for thank you notes, sympathy cards, holiday cards, recognition of a special event or accomplishment, gift cards, get well soon cards, or any time you want to send a note with a personal touch.
I print my cards on a super-smooth 80 lb. archival-quality card stock, cut and fold them one-at-a-time, then package them inside of a windowed kraft paper box with one card showing through on the front. (I am happy to put a specific card in front, by request.) The appearance and feel of this paper can not be beat. The images look beautiful and it's wonderful to write on with your favorite pen.
This is a pack of 8 assorted note cards and envelopes. Each card has one of my four bird watercolor paintings shown printed on the front of the note card. The face of a folded card measures 5 ½ x 4 ¼ inches.

Artist's Statement and Bio:
I create art because I am compelled to do so. The feeling I get from creating something that pleases my senses—and hopefully the senses of others—has held me in its grasp as long as I can remember. When I see something that captivates my eyes, I immediately start thinking about how to translate it into a drawing or painting.
I have been working as a professional artist since 2009 and have been practicing drawing and painting my whole life. I am a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, where I currently live and maintain a studio. I also teach watercolors to students of all levels and love to share my deep passion for the medium with others.
I am incredibly honored to have sold paintings to collectors from around the world and to have received numerous prestigious awards for my work. Most notably, I achieved Signature Membership in the American Watercolor Society in January 2021, which is earned by receiving juried acceptance into 3 separate AWS International Juried exhibitions and is meant to be an indication of the painter having established a consistent style and to have demonstrated considerable skill in the medium. I am also a Signature Member of the Southern Watercolor Society, Watercolor Society of North Carolina, and the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society.
